The Galiano Club occasionally undertakes various projects beyond running the Hall and managing forest lands.
THE GALIANO FOOD PROGRAM
Currently, the Club is sponsoring the Galiano Community Food Program, designed to help the Island develop its food security and increase volunteer involvement in the Club's activities.

FOOD FOREVER
Food Forever is a component of the Galiano Food Program that brings together seniors and school age children to learn more about the local wild foods, to cook with local foods and to learn computer skills. This includes cooking, foraging, growing, preserving and writing about these subjects.
Be sure to read the blog posts for this project. Our goal is to build enough material to publish a short book.
