Sunday May 13th – 2:00pm with Cedana Bourne, Holistic Nutritionist from the Galiano Conservancy
Inspired by the Food & Culture panel? Come learn some basic fermentation techniques so you can bring more fermented foods into your own diet. We’ll make dairy kefir and sauerkraut, and you’ll be able to take some kefir home.
