Area Emergency Radio Communications Officer – Ian Elliott – will be delivering radio communications orientation for volunteers in the Emergency Program on each gulf island. Part 1 is basic Kenwood training and is offered to Leaders in the neighbourhood program, and others who carry these radios. Part 2 is more advanced training for the senior volunteers in the program such as Zone Coordinators, Duty Officers, etc.
